 ITZ has a customer satisfaction guarantee on all items. ITZ will do what they can within their powers to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.  All sales are final on custom items such as jerseys, shorts, socks and any other item that may be custom. Items may also be returned for an exchange. Exchanged items may carry a restocking fee as well as and price difference due to size or sale. Customers will be charged $5.95 for use of our return label but you are always allowed to use your own return shipping method at your own cost.
